Welcome to the home page of the National Association for Clean Air (NACA). NACA is a not-for-profit organisation, whose members aim to promote the cause of clean air in South Africa and to represent South African clean air interests both nationally and internationally. NACA contributes to the prevention of air pollution by: - Encouraging public co-operation in activities necessary to produce and maintain clean air;
- Providing a forum where opinions and viewpoints in connection with air pollution can be raised and discussed; and
- Acting as a channel through which public and industrial opinions concerning air pollution problems may be communicated to regulatory authorities.
NACA also promotes the education of the public and the youth, arranges meetings, symposia and conferences, produces a journal as well as maintaining liaison with bodies with common interests. |
