National, Provincial and Local Authorities are, in terms of the National Environmental Management:
Air Quality Act, compelled to draw up an Air Quality Management Plan for their respective areas. These plans will assist them in identifying air quality issues and set goals and objective to manage air quality within their areas of jurisdiction. Sustainable Transport Management will be one such objective and will be discussed at the meeting
