Registration Process
Complete the registration form
Complete the online registration form.
Please indicate whether you require an individual or group invoice.
Once your registration has been submitted, you will receive an confirmation email.
Receive your invoice
An invoice will be generated based on your registration details and sent to the email address of the registration coordinator or individual provided.
For group registrations, a single invoice will be issued unless otherwise requested.
Make payment
Payment should be made using the details provided on the invoice.
Please use the invoice number as the payment reference.
4. Registration confirmation
Your registration will be confirmed once payment has been received and processed.
A confirmation email will then be sent to the registered email address.

NACA Members (current, paid-up members)
In-person attendance - presenters must attend in person
Early bird registration: R 3 800.00, Late registration: R 4 300.00
Students (full time)
In-person attendance - presenters must attend in person
Early bird registration: R 2 200.00, Late registration: R 2 700.00
Non-NACA Members (including 1x year membership to NACA)
In-person attendance - presenters must attend in person
Early bird registration: R 5 900.00, Late registration: R 6 500.00
Government Air Quality Officers (South African government officials responsible for air quality management)
In-person attendance - presenters must attend in person
Registration: R 2 200.00
All registration fees are inclusive of VAT. The registration fee includes the conference dinner/cocktail on Thursday night.

PLEASE NOTE!!!
If you request a GROUP Invoice, please make sure all persons attending from your organisation are listed on your registration form. We can only generate the invoice after confirmation of the numbers.
