Note: Attendance at the Air Quality Governance Lekgotla (29–30 Sept) is limited to separately registered delegates.

There are 15 exhibition stands available (3m x 3m each) - blue squares in floorplan below marked as shells. Placement is on a first-come, first-served basis and is confirmed upon receipt of payment.
To reserve your stand:
Complete the Exhibitor Application Form
Indicate your preferred stand number (1st and 2nd choice)
You’ll receive an invoice once your form is processed
Stand booking confirmed on full payment and staff registration
Logistical Arrangements, Security and Stand Reservation
Security:
In addition to the venue’s standard security the exhibition venue will be locked at 22:00 daily for the duration of the exhibition. When renting a stand for the 2022 NACA Conference you acknowledge that the venue and its staff, conference organisers and the National Association for Clean Air take no responsibility for the loss of, or damage to exhibitors’ goods during set-up or exhibition break-down and for the duration of the conference. Please ensure that you are sufficiently covered by your own short-term insurance.
Set-up Time:
All exhibition set-up should be completed by no later than 08h00 on Monday, 29 September 2023 before the arrival of attendees at 08h00. The exhibition venue will be available for set-up from Sunday, 28 September at 14h00.
